QSC Cinema mit neuem europäischen Warenlager
QSC Audio Products, LLC kündigt ein Vertriebszentrum für QSC Kinoprodukte auf dem europäischen Kontinent an. QSC hat DSV, einen weltweit tätigen 3PL (Third Party Logistics)-Anbieter, mit der Lagerung und dem Versand von QSC Kinoprodukten von einem Standort in Gent (Belgien) aus beauftragt. Der Standort wurde gewählt, weil er für die meisten europäischen Länder zentral liegt. Das Lager wird einen Bestand der gängigsten QSC Kinoprodukte vorhalten, sodass die europäischen Kinokunden ihre Lieferungen schneller und kostengünstiger erhalten können. Zum Zeitpunkt dieser Ankündigung befindet sich der Bestand an QSC Kinoprodukten bereits im Lager und ist versandbereit.

Q-SYS™ übernimmt Audio-Distribution und Paging im modernisierten Dallas Love Field Airport
Dallas, TX (July 2013) — As the concourse reconstruction project at Dallas Love Field, home of Southwest Airlines, moves into its final phase, Dallas-based design, build and installation firm Master Sound Co., Inc. has outfitted the new facility with a QSC Audio Q-SYS™ Integrated System Platform. Redundant Q-SYS Core 4000 processors power the new networking system, which also includes 14 I/O Frames integrated with more than 20 PS-1600 networked page stations and three dozen CX Series two-and four-channel amplifiers. The new terminal is the first installation in the world to be designed from the ground up based on a redundant Q-SYS system. London, UK, July 2013 — London-based professional sound production company Podd Sound chose a QSC WideLine-8 line array system for use at the recent Sony Music European launch party for Daft Punk's new album, Random Access Memories. The stylish event was held on Floor 69 of London's recently completed landmark Shard skyscraper, now the tallest building in the European Union, with a star-studded guest list including Calvin Harris and Jude Law — a very appropriate launch for the record it celebrated. QSC Audio Products, LLC is pleased to announce a new service partner agreement with dcinex to provide support for QSC Cinema products and systems across the European continent and the United Kingdom. dcinex is a provider of fully integrated solutions for cinema operations, including Exhibitor Services, Content Services, and Consulting. The company has a long history in digital cinema services. Under the new agreement, dcinex will provide centralized customer telephone support and arrange advance replacement or repair of QSC cinema products when necessary. Services will be available to all customers of QSC Cinema products. The agreement will be effective on August 1, 2013. Colossal Sound at CinemaCon 2013
As the loudspeaker and amplifier supplier to CinemaCon 2013, QSC Audio products were used to create what might have been the largest cinema sound system ever assembled, for special studio screenings and product reels at CinemaCon 2013. CinemaCon, which convened April 15 through 18 in Las Vegas, is the official convention of NATO (National Association of Theatre Owners), and is the world’s largest cinema trade event. Each year at CinemaCon, the major motion picture distributors and studios preview their upcoming releases for this gathering of the world’s theatre owners and operators.
