Sam Zhao is a Technical Consultant for QSC in Greater China, with over 11 years of experience. He specializes in audio DSP, control programming, and AoIP systems, and is a senior Q-SYS trainer and certified Dante Level 1/2/3 instructor. Sam has supported major projects like Beijing Daxing Airport and Wynn Macau, and has trained over 10,000 ProAV professionals.

System Application Engineer, Q-SYS Certified Trainer
Seasoned System Application Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Q-SYS programming and AV integration. Expert in designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale systems across Greater China, with a strong focus on training, support, and custom solutions.

Control Product Manager
Tommy, with his 15+ years of AV industry experience, co-leads Q-SYS Control Solutions development, encompassing hardware, software, and UCI creation.
